Account and guest checkout
You may purchase as a guest. If you create an account, you are responsible for safeguarding credentials and activities under your account.
Information accuracy
You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information, including Birth data. We may request clarifications where we suspect errors (e.g., timezone or locality).
Acceptable conduct
You will use the Site lawfully and per these Terms. Prohibited:
- automated scraping or bulk data extraction;
- interfering with security, availability, or integrity;
- unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, or spam activity;
- reverse-engineering Site software;
- infringing IP rights.
We may suspend/terminate access for violations or security risk.
Products and service nature
Products are personalized digital content (PDF) requiring your Birth data.
- No physical goods by default.
- Scope & limitations: content is for information/entertainment; it is not medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.
- Prerequisites: complete and correct Birth data is required to start analysis.
Purchase process
Prices, taxes, currency
Prices are shown in the currency indicated on the Site and include/exclude taxes as applicable and by location. We may correct manifest errors (pricing/description) and cancel affected orders with a full refund.
Payment methods
We accept PayPal Payments (which may enable Apple Pay/Google Pay where available). Processing is handled by third parties; we do not store your payment credentials.
Confirmation, invoice, and data request
After payment:
- you will receive email confirmation;
- a PDF invoice will be issued where applicable;
- you will receive or be redirected to a post-purchase form to provide Birth data.
Delivery
- Estimated timeframe: 24–72 hours after we receive complete Birth data (not merely after payment if data is missing/incomplete).
- Delivery method: via email and/or download.
- Missing/incorrect data: if data is missing or inconsistent, we will contact you. The delivery timeframe pauses until we receive corrections. If after 14 calendar days no information is provided, we may cancel and issue a partial refund (deducting reasonable admin/analysis costs) or keep a credit for later use.
Withdrawal right and refunds
Personalized digital content
Under various consumer laws (e.g., EU/UK), the withdrawal right may not apply to personalized digital content once:
a) you have given explicit consent to start the service, and
b) acknowledged losing the withdrawal right upon commencement/delivery.
If your jurisdiction provides different rules, your mandatory rights prevail.
7-day Satisfaction Guarantee (commercial, additional)
Without prejudice to mandatory law, we offer a commercial guarantee:
- You may request adjustments or clarifications within 7 calendar days from delivery.
- Refunds:
- Before analysis starts: full refund.
- After analysis starts but before delivery: partial refund (e.g., 50%) to cover work performed.
- After delivery: generally non-refundable, unless the report is incomplete or contains material errors attributable to us (we will offer correction or a partial refund at our reasonable discretion).
- Differences in interpretation or subjective expectations are excluded.
Procedure
Email [email protected] with your order number, reason, and—if applicable—evidence of error. We respond within reasonable timeframes and, where required, within statutory deadlines.
Cancellations and chargebacks
Before initiating a chargeback, please contact [email protected] so we can investigate and resolve. We may suspend service for suspected fraud or misuse and provide relevant information to the payment processor for investigation.
Intellectual property
- The Site and its content, trademarks, and logos are owned by the Operator or its licensors.
- Reports are licensed to the Customer on a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable basis for personal use only.
- Redistribution, publication, sale, or creation of derivative works is prohibited without prior written consent.
Liability and disclaimers
- The Site and Products are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
- To the extent permitted by law, implied warranties are disclaimed.
- Astrology disclaimer: content is for information/entertainment and based on interpretative traditions; it is not professional advice.
- Limits: except for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, and without excluding liability that cannot be limited by law, our aggregate liability per claim is capped at the amount paid for the relevant Product.
- Force majeure: we are not liable for delays/failures due to events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., hosting/CDN outages, disasters, labour disputes, third-party interruptions).
Nothing herein affects your mandatory consumer rights.
Privacy and cookies
Personal data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy, and tracking technologies by our Cookie Policy, which are incorporated by reference.
Minimum age
Service is intended for 18+ (or local age of majority, if higher). We do not knowingly process children’s data without verifiable parental consent.
Governing law and jurisdiction / Dispute resolution
International approach
- These Terms are governed by the law of [Jurisdiction], without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your residence country.
- Amicable escalation: prior to action, both parties will negotiate in good faith for 30 days following notice by email.
Mediation and arbitration (optional/where valid)
- Failing settlement, parties may submit to confidential mediation administered by [mediation institution] and, if unresolved, to binding arbitration administered by [arbitration institution], seat [city/country], language Spanish or English.
- EU/UK/US consumers: this clause does not deprive you of the right to bring claims before the courts of your domicile nor limit mandatory rights. In the U.S., any arbitration must be voluntary with an opt-out right within 30 days of accepting these Terms by emailing [email protected].
Alternative forum

These Terms are available in Spanish and English. In case of discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails unless local law requires otherwise for consumers.
